Hello lovely clients, this is just a quick post to let you know we have been having some problems receiving emails sent to [email protected] in our support centre in the last 48 hours. We’ve been rejigging our Gmail Business email accounts and despite taking extra precautions (getting Google techs on board with the migration) it’s gone slightly Pete Tong and we appear to be missing some emails.
If you’ve been in contact and not heard anything back, we’re not ignoring you! Please resend your email to [email protected] for now, and we’ll update this blog when the issue is definitely resolved.
